Remember that your body needs variety in order to feel refreshed and energized. For example, try walking around or taking a break every hour or two instead of sitting all day long. This will help to relieve pressure and maintain a healthy blood flow.
- Schedule your tasks: do you find yourself feeling like there are too many things on your plate? If so, it might be time to work smarter – instead of harder. Take some time at the end of each day (or week) to plan out what needs to get done. Prioritize your tasks and set deadlines for each one. This will help you avoid feeling overwhelmed, while also staying on top of everything that needs to get done!
- Start the day off right: do you find yourself getting up in a rush? If so, it could be because you’re not starting your morning routine correctly. Try waking up on the right foot with a workout to relieve some tension and get your blood flow going. If you can’t go outside, then use seconds of jumping jacks or pushups indoors!
